Problem with Infinity Box - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Infinity team I am facing a great problem with my Infinity Box, When I try to connect my box that gives me a Information, which is below :-

Dongle not found !
Connect Dongle and restart software.

Please help me.

Hello,

Please, connect box to PC USB port, install drivers and use it.
If something wrong: explain the problem so detailed as possible: what, why, when, what was before etc.

Dear Sir,

I tried my best what are you saying, but fail. I place the information as follows :-

When I try to connect by Support Manager the
Infinity-Box Shell (Support manager) gives me the following message :-

Dongle can't be found
Card with specified AID not found !
SamrtCard API error #00000000
The operation completedsuccessfully.

When I try to connect a model

That shows me a Information

Dongle not found !
Connect Dongle and restart software.

Please help me.

You must install drivers first:

My problem solved, after reinstall WindowsXp.
