Problem with infinity box


Hello infinity team

i am having a problem with my yesterday my infinty box fell from my work table.and now when i try to work with phones i get error through infinitys virutal com port. if i do operations through the serial port i do not get any errors at all.but is is very slow.so i tried using my nspro virtual com port so i can still work at high speeds when i try to connect any phone i get this error

boot phase#1 failed

how should i have configured the virtual comport to not get this error.i really need to fix this problem because i cannot work at serial port speed 115200
and virtual port of infinity doesnt work anymore

please help infinity team

Hello,

It looks like you need to open your box and check it's hardware.
Also you need to remove smart-card, gently clean card contacts and insert smart-card back.

hello infinity team

i have opened my box and found that when it fell off my table it suffered damage to the contacts on the pcb of the sim holder so i cannot solder it back to the board directly.infinty team team can you please tell me where i can jump the sim contacts to here is an image of the contact that were ripped off

thanx for all your help. i do not have a ufs box.i do have a dead JAF and the FTDI IC is good. FT245BM will this work in infinity box?the FTDI IC in my infinity box is FT232BL.

all ftdi ics are some,but first check smart card inside also check infinity usb(desinstll and install again)

im sure it isnt a problem with the drivers does the same on both computers.
so u think i put the jaf ftdi in the infinity box?

hello infinity support a bad crystal cause this problem? also for now could i use a different box's virtual com port? i have nspro and it uses a vcp how could i set up that one to work with infinity software so i can work at high speed?

hello i changed the infinity ft232bl with jaf ft245bm and also programmed it with mprog but when i try to do a job with infinity the rx light stay lit and there is no reaction when i hit power on phone.

Hello,

You can use any VCP (or any other port) from any other box/cable.

FTDI: check both FTDI chip marks. Is it exactly the same ?

hello infinity team

im still haveing the same problem with my infinity box.you say i can use any other boxes as vcp for infinity box but i have tried nspro,jaf,and cruiser cable and none of them work jaf box doesnt react at all and nspro and cruiser give me error when i try to connect.infinity team please help me with this.i have bought another infinity box.i have one in each of my shops.but i need to find away around my bad vcp. please if your soppurt can try to use other box and connect to a phone.u will see it doesnt work with different box vcp.the cable adapter i made work correctly.i tested it with a siemens a76 , joker software and infinity box siemens cable and i am able to connect to phone at high speed.but through infinity software modules i cant establish connection with phone.please help

Hi,
Infinity-Box works well with any cable (VCP FTDI, Prolific, ordinary COM port).
If you have a problems with other boxes, you have to check other boxes pinouts, due to it may be a main reason why you can not connect phone with software.

i have allready cable apapters and i can use all other boxes with joker and infinity cable set but through infinity soft it doesnt work try for yourself
