Extract dongle manager from achieve,then Run it.
Update dongle ONE TIME ONLY.

You should install http://7-zip.org instead of WinRAR.
After that unpack software from archive to folder before run !

your inifinty box folder is corupted change windows or re install setup i use to have the same problem bt when i changed windows the problem was solved.
