Problem with Infinity to Unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity supporters

I try tu unlock Sagem 225 and Vodafon 225 every time i see just "Press and Hold Button",I don't know where is problem,I change the port every time but nothing happen,Very well i start shell and all ,but when i try to unlock any phone not happen nothing,I listen from my frends Infinity Box have conflict with Setool it's really ? Thanks

Hello,

If phone can not be detected by software you must double check your cable.
You must use correct cable (probably need to swap Rx <-> Tx wires), select correct COM port and try again.
