Problem with LGS and CM2QLM - GSM-Forum

I have problem opening this apps from infinity. I have BEST Dongle active with INFINITY AND HUA.. When i access to support tell me active until 2019, so i dont understand what failed here.. can help?

Could you post error message or details what version are you trying to run? Read serial number from Dongle manager and post result in text here.

When i run LGS the program not open, and create a fault.bin file, same for CM2QLM

Do you have any usb sharing, spy or debug program installed and running?
Attach fault.bin file here for check.

Until i Know i dont have programs to spy or debug or sharing. The unique program i have installed and work with USB is a native app from my ASUS PC called ASUS USB Charger Plus... nothing more.

I use ASUS USB Charger, is part of my pc and i dont want to loose this function... i dont think is my fault here.. if the problem is asus usb charger, we dont know yet, i dont think solution is delete, solution can be infinity solve the problem... not me deleting a basic app from my computer...
