problem with my infinity-box plz helpppppppppp

I have one problem in my lock-up garage the witness of RX and tx always to light

Dear friend

1st of all u uninstall software, then u again install new leatest main exe. then after select proper com port from divice manager. use port below 10. then open infinity box. if problem is not solved, then check in your computer. if u useing Nokia 6600 pc suite there is one connection mRouter, open mRouter uncheck that port. in your pc right task bar, there is mRouter and if u not use pc suite then open directly infinity, every time u use left side connecter on the Infinity Box, both switch should be up side, and try, i hope u understand

my probleme is ;
1- RX and TX in my infinity-box always lights
2- my PC not detect usb to serial

Your box become damaged. You must replace FT232 box chip or use other cables (f.e. another unibox).

btw, as I remember, I gave you an answer already via mail. Why you ignored my e-mail and write here strange messages like "???".
