Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, Double check that PinFinder connected to Infinity-Box well. I don't think that PinFinder can be damaged if it was working before. The most common problem is: bad contacts in RJ45 connector/cable that connect PinFinder to Infinity-Box. |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, PinFinder (as any other electronic device) can not stop to work without any reason. Instead of write strange messages with many "zzz" try to think what you have tried to do and what was happened and why PinFinder stopped to work. What you have tried to do last time ? Are you sure that you have connected PinFinder power wires well ? Please, be honest and write here, did you make power wires shorted ? Did you connected it to phone by wrong way ? |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, I don't think that resellers has spare parts. I think it's possible to find all PinFinder components in any electronic components shop, it should be quite cheap and popular components. |

I checked all COM ports that I have: Unibox, Infinity, Vygis, EUB, etc but all have less than 5v value in Pin1. The most acceptable voltage was presented with my old Unibox - 4.97v. Is this the problem that my Pinfinder is not working? and should I make those changes like you say in page 20 of User manual just for 0.03v value? BR |
