Hello,

I think 4.97 is Ok.

Check PinFinder manual page-19, it may be small problem with L8A cable, problem can be solved very easily, picture is exist in manual page-19.

Hello,

It may be the same problem with L5A too.
Please, see page 19 in PinFinder manual and cut wire.

I just opened now the L5A cable and I see that here is no Grey wire like in Picture from page 19 of the manual to cut. And inside there are just 5 wires, respectively Orange, Yellow, Red, Brown, and Black wires. And the same with the L8A cable: There is no Grey wire connected, but not just Grey but no wire is connected to that Pin of DR26 cable

Hello,

I think you have a reason to open your Unibox and short diode according to PinFinder manual page 19.
Please, do it and then repeat any test with PinFinder.

I opened earlier today Infinity Unibox and short the diode according to manual on Page 20. Also today I checked the wires of DR26 cables and they were not present. So now is the last option like @Qaisar Mahmood says. Can you confirm officially the work of @Qaisar Mahmood, or should I return the Pinfinder to the reseller? I think that Pinfinder is working good because when I detect it with the software it is detected well, but after I try to "SET" pins there is "too many retries" message.

Can you upload some pictures? And what you mean by "replace"? To replace those with new identical ones?

Hello,

If somebody had the problem and problem gone after replacing some IC this means that IC was damaged.
I am not sure that it will works in your situation, but in fact PinFinder has not so many components and it may be that this solution will be good for you.
Anyway, I suggest you to contact to your reseller first and talk with him, it may be that you can replace PinFider by warranty, but if you can try to replace 4051 you can do it too (but I think it will be better to contact to your reseller first).

I don't understand why should I make so many interventions on new device? Why factory doesn't make them OK without end use changing anything?

Hello,

If you have any problems there is an easy way: contact to your reseller about replacement.

It looks like something wrong with wires, box or PC.

Please, let me know about result of all steps from PinFinder manual so we can check what is wrong.
