Pinfinder problem

i have bought a new pinfinder and infinity box but the problem is it can't detect any alcatel or any phone with L10B (2x5) or L10C (2x5) connector
i have tested it with Alcatel Ot800 / OT303 / OT206.... Zte G-X760 - Sfr 342 ...and without any result... and i'm using version 1.20
Pinfinder is working with other cables like L05B / L16B / L12C... and detected few phones
and i can't find any cable to work with this alcatel and zte phone
so i need help from you
i forgot i got the full pack of cable as the reseller said but i can't find any alcatel or zte cable on this package is it normal or my reseller sold me a very old package

mentioned above phones must be connected with infinity box via test points under battery.
for exact location and pinout please reffer to shell.exe. there you can find pictures

thanks for the replay but i know how to work with tp method
inface i have bought pinfinder just for zte and newest alcatel phone to detect any pinout and according to what you have said, there is no chance to work with pinfinder and unlock this models

Unfortuantely, not all phones are accessable via System connector.
for some of them there is no other way, than building test point cable
