problem in pinfinder.. plz hlp me team - GSM-Forum

hi team, i just got my new pinfinder and i was trying to use it but i m getting sm errors..
firstly i can not pwr any fone with the pwr cables.. the voltages i measured on it are .2 volts.. wats wrong with it and what shud i do???
i hav connected the pinfinder adaptor on the com posrt of the infinity... plz hlp me what shud i do??

check user manual, there are lots of things discussed in it.

done.. thanx, i were not using the pwr on button on the osftware thats y the voltage were 0
