I have bought my cm2 credit card
but until now I can't update the firmware
even though the information has been activated ... what should I do ??
please help me sir
it's been 5 days from money transfer

- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

If you have purchased new dongle then you must contact your reseller.
In case you have purchased old dongle then you need to renew support or 1 or 2 years, which is paid.
