thanks for replay sir problem is solved original version is 6100 ver 5 and i try write scr with 6100 v 04 so it ask spc when write 6100v 5 its ok

Problem Was His Phone Version Was Version5 And Selected DLL Was Version4 He Just Change Dll To Version5 And All Goes Fine
