Problem in Support Area please help.. - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity Team, I've encounter an problem in support area, I can only download 1 or 2 files only afterwards its shows me like this:

even 2 files downloaded but its indicate I've download 25 files... I've encounter this problem in few months ago... what happen to my account? please help...

Hello

There is nothing bad with your account. The problem reason is: you did not checked carefully error messages that you can see in support area.
Please, post here error megase from support area and you will see how is fast will be your problem solution.

Hello Infinity, I can't see any error indicated in the support area but the problem now is that I can only download 3 files per day which is Infinity allowed 25 files per day in every account... Why it happen with my account, is there somebody using my account without my knowledge? or somebody hack my account? I'm guaranteed that nobody here can use my box except me, so I'm confused why I can only download 3 files per day

Hello,

Your problem is not with stolen account or something like this.
Your problem is: you did not read text from support area well.

Please, follow the next advice: do NOT use any download accelerator software and you will have no problems with support area.
