PROBLEM UNLOCK BENQ A38, help - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have problem with unlock/flashing A38

I have use infinity cable BENQ M300,
I choose COM port, do "SP UNLOCK"
and allways after "power on the phone" after few moments its stop on 14%

WHY??

On "Read full flash" software after few moments stop too

Hi,
charge phone battry
check cable that it not damaged
check phone connector that it not damaged
if nothing helps: post log here

Hello,

Please, try to use different baudrate.
and after software write "Reading..." do you see any LEDs blinking ?

Also, please, download latest BModule from support area and try again.

But-it may take to 361sec ?? Its normal with this baudurate ??

Hello,

it's big time. Probably ot was errors during reading and software repeat read operation several times. I think it can be problems with cable. Please, if you can, try other cable next time. I am not sure, it's just an idea.

but change main+lang take only 171sec - but I dont change anything in settings, all the same

i have siemens-benq A38 version 1.23
when i call the comminication passe
but when we call me it show number busy

i tray to flash it with infinity-box and make full reset but nothing

please help me infinitysupport

Hi,

try to write in phone different firmware version and see result.
Also you can try to use "repair eeprom" files.
