Problem with unlock Vs3 - GSM-Forum

Hi
Please i have problem with unlock Panasonic Vs3.
I update my Infinity box today to be able to unlock Vs3.
I follow the instruction for unlock and the program give me the unlock code when i inter onther sim card not vodafone which was locked to it was working no problem so i thinked that its direct unlock but after some time 2 hours maybe i insert onther sim card for onther operator it was not working i try to but the code to unlock the phone it say code not right, i put the other code the same not right code please help me here is the Log.

Please help me to fix this problem, i fix onther one it was the same but i fix it its accept the code and be unlocked its locked to vodafone Sweden, How to read flash please? and how to inter the code i mean shall i click 3 to put the net code? i did all of them i clicked from 1-6 and put the code not accepted in 3 and 4 wrong code.

Hi, i have the same problem with one Vs3. After unlock it only works with one operator ( not the original ) , the others says " not valid sim ". Well, then I try to enter unlock code, but i have some doubts, because the phone it´s still blocked:
1) . insert ANY sim-card into phone; The sim card is into the phone during all process?

2) After press 52824** must i press call key or ok?

3) After insert unlock code must i press ok or call key?

Are you sure that phone is sim-locked now ?
If you really sure, make unlock again and make "Unlock in any case" box checked.

Please, follow the instruction that you will see in software log window after unlock process EXACTLY step by step.

1) ANY sim card means: ANY sim card. that was inserted during unlock, that was not inserted, any other sim card that you can find.
2) you need to press nothing after you press last **. You will see SIM-LOC MENU. no need to press anything else. just use up/down arrows to find lock that closed in your phone
3) Do you want to make a call during unlock process ? If yes, you can try to press CALL button, but i think taht call wil be failed. So pls, just press OK button

Well, i think my mistake was not to insert any simcard during the unlock ( via cable ) function. I thougth that was after unlocking progress for typing the secuence..... There´s no need to use sarcasm, obviously i don´t need to make a phone call, but when i do step by step these secuences the phone stay like nothing happend, thas was may question, nothing more.....

Actually, there is no any difference for unlock process with inserted or not inserted sim card.
It's a fact for 99% of phone unlocking operations (some methods need that SIM card should be inserted but last time it's quite rare situation).
so, if you don't see special instruction at start, you can make unlock with or w/o sim-card inserted. It's not important.
For VS unlock we have prepared small instruction and I thought that it have to be not so hard for users to read this text in capital letters: "EXACTLY STEP-BY-STEP:"
And you can't imagine how many people don't like to read simple instructions.

btw, how is final unlock result ?

I know, but i read all the documentation about vs3 in the pana v 1.15, and i did it exactly, my doubt was then, when i typed the secuence written in the soft. In a few hours i´ll post resoults.

I did this but after pressing the last **, the sim-lock menu doesn't appear! What does this mean? Is there a way to still unlock the phone?

As about your problem:
1. make "Unlock in any case" box checked.
2. press "Unlock" button again
3. make final unlock procedure exactly like described in software log window. the most important word is: exactly. No need to skip any step even if you think that it's not important step.
