problem unlocking huawei g5730 - GSM-Forum

dear supporter today i tried to unlock huawei g5730 process runs like a charm without any problem and phone is supposed to be unlocked but when i put non accepted simcard on phone phone restarts only woks great with original simcard phone was locket too any advice will be great, i use smart fast method if i use standart fast phone get kill cause restart with both simcards

any answer about this why you put support model and phone cannot be unlocked and if user ask you for help you dont help
