Problem unlocking motorola c139 (tracfone) - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a problem unlocking Tracfone's Motorola C139. I have unlocked several by flashing and unlock and they work just fine. However, i get some phone that just can't be unlocked. In the flashing process, Infinity-box would ask to press the power button but the phone would just turns on immediately instead of staying off like the other C139s.
I also noticed behind the phone that couldn't be unlocked that it is missing the red sticker, unlike the other phones that can be unlocked.
Have anyone seen this problem and found a workaround??

we have other customers reporting similar problems.

InfinitySupport, any ideas? we can supply phone if necessary...
