hi
my infinity box does not unlock bird model handset line s199
s198 and etc
when i open the software it gives message as device status disconnected
i dont know what is problem
i upload screenshot of software

Hello,

You must use special Infinity-Box Bird-S199 unlocking cable and follow this instruction:

when i open the software
the message is appear at the bottom
device status: disconnected

sir i understand but when device status is disconnected then he does not work
sir i also try three or four times before posting the first post of problem in unlocking
when i open the software and connect mobile with box and press SP UNLOCK button the does not take any action

Switch on your mobile and connect to PC using special cable.It will ask for drivers use motorola drivers [p2k] supplied also with infinity.If your phone is not detected by PC then clean phone bottom connector and also check for bottom connector pins for dry solder.

it simply means you dont have the special cable coz with the special cable youll have the unit connected......
