Run DongleManager 3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME - DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid forever-blocked Dongle ! - DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 (three) tries |

Member: 1043909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60,926 | Its well-known problem with drivers version. Are you sure you have updated drivers according to instruction ? You should update drivers according to instruction and then update Dongle once again. If you have another Card-reader you can insert Card into another Reader and update card.
