ok no problem but now you should wait some time so your ticket comes to another supporter. it may takes several hours. and do not forget what time is it now.

its an ordinary beginners fault, they trying to make many forum posts an send many mails ato different support departments. but result of such action just a delay with service

1. Update your Card-Reader Drivers:

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME


- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid forever-blocked Dongle !
- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 (three) tries

I update the dongle driver and also change smart card reader but same problem here is log

Its well-known problem with drivers version.
Are you sure you have updated drivers according to instruction ?


You should update drivers according to instruction and then update Dongle once again.
If you have another Card-reader you can insert Card into another Reader and update card.

No bro its not problem in driver all driver are ok and i have driver version 2.5.9.1202 and i also change smart card reader but same error occur and u can check it remotely what the problem is because all driver are ok
