N95 IMEI reset to 13xxxxx each time

Hi all.

I have a problem which occur always with N95 Chinese.

After FFS forman and IMEI set to 35xxxx-00-xxxxxx-x and if I try to take a snapshot with camera, the IMEI goes immediately to 13xxxx-xx-xxxxxx-x which is not supported by our networks.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Systemlog is attached to know for which FW I'm talking.

it is not INFINITY prob or software prob but phone prob .
I have already seen the same problem for some CM but i solve it with COMPLETE FORMAT not SAFE FORMAT , and sometimes if phone have bad or corrupted firmware just FULL FLASH it and FORMAT it again and repair IMEI .

HI Mr allal or sid ali i have the same i try with COMPLETE FORMAT
after that i flash with full flash always IMEI goes immediately to 13xxxx-xx-xxxxxx-x which is not supported by our networks.i think that is hard

as i said to MR simplex , this prob is 100% from phone software(firmware corrupted or bad data etc..) and i fix it many times only with complete format or full flash then format and repair imei tested on N95 PDA/ N95 SLIDING UP / N95 SLIDING UP-DOWN/N95 Penguin "i LOVE U VERSION" / and some others CM like N73 /CECT ETC.....but Especially on the N95 because we have received most of them here in Algeria .

yes Mr allal i try with 10 N95 Penguin "i LOVE U VERSION'' complete format and full flash then format and repairs imei after 2 days the customer come back with the phones the IMEI goes to 13xxxx-xx-xxxxxx-x which are not supported by our networks. very rhanks for you replay

yes i agrre with u NEKBIL i have flashed 3 n95 twin sim 2 worked fine and 1 every 2 days imei became 123xxxxxx
and same firmware !!!!!!!!!!!

One more reason why Imei may be damaged after phone usega: damaged phone hardware (damaged or bad soldered flash chip), so it's good idea to reball flash chip

and what about second sim becaus i can repair only first imei i have alot of ps with second sim bared. can't make call

Bro i have many chinese phones in Hand ..like i have almost chked all the IMEI when readed with infinty soft it shows it like 135........X...... but never had the problem of network.........

imei prob give network prob for some country on some network not for all .
f.e
here in my country (algeria) we have 3 operator
603-01 MOBILIS imei >> 135xxxxxxxx no network u get emergency only or sim error.
603-02 DJEZZY imei >> 135xxxxxxxx no network u get emergency only or sim error.
603-03 NEDJMA imei >> 135xxxxxxxx network ok and all is fine.

u see where is a problem now ???

Even with complete FFS format and IMEI re-set to 35xxxx the problem occurs IMMEDIATELY if customer tries to get a picture with camera or transfer a file with Bluetooth.

Sorry to say this, but your reply has nosense brother, till all N95 "I love U versions" have the SAME problems.

I think someone should give a sample to Infinity Support for testing.

ok my friend i give u one answer and u find the second answer from infinity team
1- may be you can't but i can solv all CM prob with my infinity box
format fs in Safe or Complete mode then i repair IMEI if customer return after some days or in the same days . i reflash the phone and repair security area and re write original imei . and all is ok . i dont think it's hard to fix this prob caused with camera or bluetooth .......all this is 99% software prob and 1% is hardware prob ........dont need to send one of this carp to infinity team for test . cause infinity team have all secret and issue for this device from long time . and u know it and u see it like me ..

2- i have multibox/xintel/mtk/free soft, but i work only with infinity box . more info about CM just make one visit and u know where i live and we speak about it clearly
