when i try to use soft he always gave me

error when establishing context!
smart card API error 8010001D
the smart card resource manager is not running

sorry i try upload image but give me errore

all driver for infinity are OK
e-gate usb smart card
e-gate virtual reader enumerators
usb serial port(COM4)

Now all is ok i fix it after reinstalling driver
