Problems with Driver, can't install Drivers on VISTA and XP - GSM-Forum

Hello together!
my name ich Carlo and i am from Switzerand. I have bued the blue Infinity Box plus and i have big problems for install the drivers.
My System is a fujitsu siemens amilo xi 2528. My OS is Windows Vista and i have installed Windows XP too as second OS.
I have tried to install the Dirvers how is written in the manual. After plug in the Infinity Box via USB, Vista not recognize the Box. On Device Manager is just "Unknow Device". The Same Problem is on XP System...
Installing the Driver automaticly on Vista&XP ist not Possible, so i install the Drivers manually. I have tried many things on both OS with no Succsess.
I dont know what i can do for running the Box.
Has anyone a Idea? I hope for Help.

Also after Infinity-Box_Drivers_v1.4.exe installation you will have detailed step-by-step instruction with pictures.
Please, follow this instruction and explain at what step you have a problem.

Hello
i have used this Manual and 1.4 Drivers.
On Vista, when i will install egate Drivers for Vista comes error that
the language of my os is not good, and the installation abortet..

i send you pictures later because i am in other office now.
When i install the drivers manually, some drivers is not possible to initiate.
sorry for my bad english..
I have also Tried other USB Cables from my USB Printer. The green LED of Box shine stronger with this cable, but my stystem not recognize the box.
In Device Manager is empty with this cable. with original cable in device manager is "unknow device". This is with both OS.
I have made new installation of XP i 1 Week ago...

good news for you on XP
for VISTA it's work only on vista 32bit not in vista 64bit , you can check it before .

why system restart when i install ftdi usb to serial driver for infinity box ?
