Infinity Box - Dead? - GSM-Forum

I feel a bit silly having bought the Infinity Box the day it died... The Infinity Box works fine but the support died the day I bought the box. How very sad

This box isn't even on life support as I have seen all sorts of promises about updates but many months later... NOTHING

All you get is empty promises of a 'big update' soon.

It is about time to move Infinity into 'no more support' section.

i did not buy infinity box for nokia but now no update for china phones i thing its going dead support for china phones,

Quite correct, I also bought the Infinity Box for China phones NOT Nokia!

I'm sure that this thread will get the usual 'big update soon' message and then will be Closed! Sad that the Infinity Team do not understand that burying your head in the sand will not make the problem go away!!

The last "big release" had nothing new in it just a few obscure MTK models...

Still no Spreadtrum, Coolsand/RDA or MStar...

They think Infinity Best is the real money earner but with a new Saras Box out soon, people will drop Infinity Best and Infinity will disappear I think!!

hi problem wiz my infinity cant update dongle manager say this dongle cant be found card with specified AID not found smart card API error #0 please help thank in advance

infinity box work good & best box , but recently it is not useful box

infinity box support only backdate model support , so pls update & more support add pls...!!!

We never make any promises like "big update soon", please, do not compare many years hard working Infinity-Box Team with loosers who start new product and then close it after 3 months.
We are one of the oldest and most trustable team in gsm field.
Yes, it was no big updates for chinese models last time, but it's because we are making another perfect things.
Work in gsm field software is not stopped, we are here and we have no reasons to disappear.

My advice: do not wait "New Saras box" but better wait "New Zulea box".

Yes, we have some good plans, but let me do not share that information for now to avoid new posts from people who will start to claim "they give promises".

We do not make any promises !
We just work day-by-day !
We support all users, answer in forum, answer e-mails, fix problems and trying to make users happy !
We are always here, we do not disappear, like many others !

Let me close this thread for now so we will spend our time in work but not in talks.
