PxPhone i9220 MT625a - problem with reading full flash

Hello.
I have PxPhone i9220 with MT625A CPU, and I'd like to translate, but I can not read backup.

How can I read backup?

Code:
[Infinity Box] MModule v4.45
smart-card: connected (Axalto e-gate 0)
S/N: 0694:0120:00
Wait...
trying to select model: /AUTODETECT
model selected via command line: _Autodetect MT6205-6239 NOR
Device: _Autodetect MT6205-6239 NOR
Initialization done
Device: _Autodetect MT6250-6253 etc.

error: last error: 07E6:S_BROM_FAIL_TO_GET_BBCHIP_HW_VER
Disconnect...
done
Finished, time used: 1 min 5 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
Device: _Autodetect MT6228-6276 NAND
In most cases you can read "firmware" instead of "full flash",
it may helps to save a lot of time with the same functionality.
Suggestion: read "firmware" now
Do you want to read "firmware" instead of "full flash" ?
