install cm2 scr v1.01
Go to spd cpu 6531
select boot
SPRD mode : SC6531 : REV : E000 : NOR
Phone conected 100%

This is the exact problem I faced whenever I try to work with Featured phones on spd. I opened a thread for it but no solution.
