QLM doesn't detect devices in DIAG - GSM-Forum

Hello,
unfortunately the QLM module doesn't detect devices in DIAG mode. Drivers are installed correctly because the device is working fine in QxDM (QPST) and other tools detect it without any problems.

EDL detection is working fine but DIAG not.

Do you know what should be wrong please?
Why there is no manual COM port selection?

right click on 9008 port driver now uninstall and restart pc and try again

read qcn function only work in diag mode.. read carefully

As it was stated in a post before, to use qcom in hsusb9008 port, you need to install Emergencydrivers and it will be like Care emergency drivers in device manager, not com port

9008 is port for edl operations but I need do operations in Diag mode which is different then edl (9008)

tick delete all driver qualcomm PC
Restar PC

install all driver qualcomm
C:\InfinityBox\CM2QLM\Drivers
done

Do you zhink that thia is a driver issue? Tue device is detected by other apps with this driver without problems so why not by cm2?

I understand but it is for edl = 9008 qualcomm driver. My troubles are with diag mode. It is totally different mode.

Edl - device turned off, used for frp, memory dump, flashing etc

Diag mode - device ON, used for qcn backup, imei repair etc.

Alcatel 9007x but I enabled the diag port. Qpst communicates with it without problems but cm2 doesn't. Please chcek the picture in my first post - you can see that diag port is present but cm2 doesnt detect it.

Hi guys,
still no success. My driver is installed correctly but CM2 doesn't detect the device. I tested it with several computers, several devices and the result is still same - I cannot backup QCN and repair IMEI.

Can you explain me how to do that please? How CM2 does detect device in DIAG mode? please chek my situation:
