i have qmobile a500. it is dead by other tool and now at boot error.....

also tried with charged battery and external power supply but result is the same

DA start can mean some HW problems as well. That is also be case of phone death as well.

Try connect phone first , then after 2 seconds press "Open File" on preloader selection. Some peoples told about that helps sometimes.
