Did you try flash it via SPFT? What a results? Seems as need other HW revision FW.

flash with spft sucess full bot phone dead but in formate got this error



Also check with new i5 file read by cm2

So, there is no fault in CM2 module. Check for correct revision of HW, probably - HW problem.

You can format in CM2 module - Extra tab.

Also check with diffrent files full erase with cm2 but no luck

Then there can be HW problem as well.
