Qmobile x500 sound problem with telenor sim

Mic ...spekar and Ringer not working during calling

moblink ..warid ..zong and ufone are working 100% done

i change some sim but same problem with telenor

i full flash with ff and format rest satting but same

Thats not service provider problem sim works on another
cell phone find problem plzzzz......
