Is it possible for CM2-QLM to use qualcomm-hs-usb-qdloader-9008 driver? I'm asking because I do JTAG and I have other boxes that uses that driver, I have to reinstall caresuite driver when I want to use CM2-QLM and when I want to use other box especially when I have to unlock some Alcatel models with qualcomm-hs-usb-qdloader-9008 driver I have to uninstall caresuite driver again

If you are using Win7, for example, just connect device to some different usb port,
then install on it Care Suite driver.
It will stay JUST ON THAT ONE usb port.

You can continue using regular 9008 QCOM driver on port that you used earlier.

When connect device to other port - care suite driver.

Quick solution.

It works. Win7, 32 or 64 bit.
No idea about other Win. versions

It work on w8.1 and w10 well also.
