For now you can use it alone.
As for unlimited pc it's not possible for now but something will be there later on. For now if user change pc just post your username and team will reset account to login with other pc.

This tool can permanent unlock mi account? Its delete cloud linked apps and prevent locking again, or its "just" another temporary solution?

Few models can get connect to MI server, so after removing MI Cloud just Disable cloud apk from apps.
Next update will have totally cloud removal without any extra effort.
It doesn't change ime.. or S/N in phone.
