rd3500 binlk problem....need support help to solw

i get lg rd3500 with blink problem.
then i open cdma-tool to repair blink
when i press repair blink option,it give instruction as below

Check Ur Cable connection Phone NOt Connected Well Use Special Uart Back Cable

Check Weather Connections Are Ok Means Check Weather RX TX Connected Well
Press And Hold 5 Button And Insert Cable IN Box And Try To Repair

i download lgdp_v1.3.9.10 then extract and install.but when i try to open LGDownload it give below error

sorry,cannot open driver,hardlock driver may not be installed!

cannot execute lg download program

how to solw this ?

in port setting there is only one port is auto select and it is com1and other ports are inactive.and
i conect phone and it take com50
now how to select port ?

Change Your Port Number From Device Manager Get It Down To 1 or 2 or 3 etc...

number of port change is may cause of malfunctining of usb port,i face like this problem in past.and at the end i have to for mat my pc .that's why i ask you to how to active remaining port of lgdp ?
