RDA Android Handset Flash Not Start Only Waiting But Done With Factory Tool Kindly Fix It

Test on Windows 8.1 64Bit
Mobile Brand Name : Spice
Model :Mi-347

Hello. Problem in administrator rights and some ports enumeration.
Will be fixed in V1.03.
