please help where is my wrong

i did install all driver properly but when i press V+ & Power button device manager showing only below the picture read mark ''2''com port but RDA module not detect.

This is not and RDA device or drivers installed not correct.
Should be LibUsb32/64 section with device inside.

sir i did install this driver C:\InfinityBox\CM2RDA\Drivers\SmartPhone\x64

i did before this same phone with RDA module but after i re-setup WIN now not detected.

Mobicel Metro is the same as this phone

Please tell me which driver can be detected this phone with your RDA module.

Send me VID/PID from those 2 devices, which appear in ports.

BTW with AST module you can set in recovery and make wipe from it.

It something very customized, unfortunately can't do anything fast for this device.
Try do as explain before via reboot to recovery then wipe.
