Gudday infinity team..

i have here X-BO model V5...
system error.. after flashing, handset is only white screen..

im now trying to read backup from the same handset.. (working phone)
but getting this error..

Need close all rest software, like managers and etc. , then check usb drivers and charge battery. Error related to connection problems.
