I need to know - is it enough secure mode, or I will be need buy such phone and implement all for this. It have very high cost in my region, so, not see reason to buy this one, if all will work normally with current version.

Will find sample and implement support for HTC 310 and later - for HTC 616.

You can use MTK droid tools to backup ( rooted ) phone ... The main problem here is to WRITE HTC Desire 310 ... probably will end with dead unit, due to secure status. Same issue and with ZTE Grand X Pro ect ...

I will try make it even on secured phones , not a big problem. Need just sample on hands.
Root and rest - not a way
Probably - will be enough BL unlock , and relock after. Will figure out what way exactly in few near days.

I tried to unlock it on htcdev but they don't have support for this model.

With MTK all is simpler :

fastboot oem unlock

FastBoot protocol support ( not just a GUI for fastboot.exe , like all others do ) will be implemented in some near CM2MTK version.
