with many brand I can't have detection when reading general information or doing format safe mode.
have you any solution please?

please specify your problem.
in general whan flash ic and cpu are red, it mean phone do not having any hard ware trouble,
may be in your cases phones were having hard ware issues.

no hard problem .Ican do format complet reading detailed information but formatting in safe mode or reading general information ,result no connection

Also it may be that phone eeprom is seriously damaged and you can not use "safe" format mode.
