please is it possible to read a flash from a working phone and flash it to a faulty phone? i mean same models.

Yes, possible.
But don't forget to read this:

indeed i read full flash from one working phone and flash it into other working phone too from the same models but there is some diff between them and after that i just rebuild IMEI and the two phone have arabic now ...

so the most important thing is to read full buckup from the phone to be able to fix it in case something goes wrong..
