some one can tell me what is this probleme pls, I can't read SN of my box ?

Hi,

Did you installed drivers ?
Please, go to www.infinity-box.com to download drivers, check installation manual and make installation step by step.
You can see in manual how to check driver installation results.

tks infinity team and tks for reply.

I have one atm-box ( I think it's same about infinity for installing).

driver is installed and I have this 3 :
* e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators : e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator
* Smart card readers : e-gate USB Smart card reader
* e-gate USB Smart Cards : e-gate USB Smart Card

I use cruiser, s-card, ns pro, furious, ... on same computer but I can't install infinity, and w/o all this it's same, anny idea pls ?

I can't added pic now because forum is dowtime.
