Help for log in IOS! - GSM-Forum

Kindly help me, i cant log in in IOS sites even i use the Dongle Manager to read the username and password. Still it says wrong username and password. here is the screen shot.

I tried manually enter it not copy paste, still says wrong username and password. Please help me. i want to activate the new release samsung.
