renewal for my cm2 dongle


hi infinity team ihave paid for my dongle yesterday and updated my dongle firmware.i have installed latest software for qlm but its not openning what could be the problem

i dont flexihub in my pc.i m very frustrated by infinity team help.why should one pay and then instead of having peace of mind you get more problems

I think the problem is got to do with software conflict. Uninstall those modules that are not opening and reinstall them but change their directories to program files.
