Phone already back to customer but i have NV , Proinfo, & FF FW backup if u need i will upload for u

Hello.
6010 is supported. It by some reason disconnects from PC :
Fatal error, buffer empty! Phone connection lost???

Charge battery. If Repair ExtData change nothing -then seek for working FW.
