Reset or flash ZTE G R250 ?


hello a,,

any one have idea to reset this phone, I don't find the flash file or version of software for using cable with this handset ?

To make this phone supported we need to get some information about phone hardware:
1. What is this phone CPU chip name ?
2. What is phone bottom connector type, how many pins ?

the phone is ZTE Factory and the model is : ZTE-G R250
connector is : Micro USB B
the CPU is : MT-6252A

Please, try to red flash from this phone (Autodetect MT6250... model selection) and send full flash backup file and operation log file to [email protected]

hi all,

when I connect the phone to usb cable I have on my computer MT6525, and with RJ45 Micro USB cable nothink for read full flash,

behind the phone on mother board they have 8 pin, I measure and have this volt :

pinout zte g r250 orange dallas.jpg

so where is TX and RX pls for finalise this crap phone
