Hello everyone,
I am using infinity box for the last one year, i have this little problem with my second PC when ever i tried to start any infinity software computer restarts.

I read many thread did accordingly but in vain

I reinstall the software
I removed the drivers FROM TWO PLACES
I reinstall old & new drivers

still the problem is same computer restarts every time i try to run any infinity module. any suggestion.

How come windows every other box is working fine but infinity modules trouble

i think its ur computer hardware problem
try to change USB slots or try to reinstall windows and post result

I thing you should reinstall the operating system.if problem not solve use another computer.
That is what i did when I was having the same problem.....

Any infinity module when it try to connect with box computer shuts down & restarts automatically with the message from windows "system recovered from a serious error." II think it is port confliction with other boxes, I solved this problem by putting a fresh copy of windows xp on the system, i installed first infinity box then others all over again. everything is perfect now. May be support have to take a look into the matter of port confliction with other boxes. Thanks a lot for all the help guys.
