Check Baseband state first, if unknown fix it first. After try to repair security with CM:Permanent mode.

you have now MAUI DB file , like MT6582_S00_MOLY_LR9_W1444_MD_LWTG_MP_V8_P7_1_lwg_n

Download and open latest MAUI Meta ( can find on needrom or etc , better v8 or v9 ) , connect phone and select that DB, which CM2 made.
Repair your IMEI's.
