S288+ Unlocking Error: Boot Failed
 

I tried to unlock by flash with s288+ but this the log errors of the infinity.

COM5 selected
Checking data, wait...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Connect...
Press Power button now !
Connect Ok
Boot...
Boot fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 4 sec

PLs. help Infinity Team. The phone is dead now.

please, no need to say things like "phone dead now" because it's not true !
Infinity-Box can't kill your phone for sure so please, next time describe ituation and problem honestly, no need to say wrong things !

you must check phone battery
you must check cable (see support area)
you must check phone hardware

Sir this is really true.

Battery full charge, cable ok tested brand new and box ok.

Actually before it can't connect i open the phone, i see the connection of the cable terminal phone side was open. i make jumpers as shown in the pin outs.

onnector: 18-pin

KEYBOARD TOP
1.........18

15: Rx (connect to pin-3 via 10k resistor)
16: Tx (connect to pin-3 via 10k resistor)
17: Gnd

When i try to unlock by flash. That logs posted below was the error.

I know infinity is good but this is my first time to unlock s288+. My first time experience also that the phone wont turn on with infinity.

This is not to offend the infinity team but to show the real and Im deserving for support because i have an original infinity box(red).


So please Infinity TEam.

As you can see in your log: phone was not flashed, no any operations was made with phone so phone can't be damaged.

If phone was dead before: try to flash it with different flash files.
If no connection: try to change rx <-> tx wires

Sir the phone before is ok. All i need is only to unlock it. Try your suggestions. Thanks.

The phone is now revived but boot failed and still smartlocked.

How it was happend that phone revived ?

My advice: check cable, check phone hardware carefully.
