It,s Brand new phone and its working perfact but locked..
some weaks ago i got that problem but it was automatically solved now my customer is waiting for unlock plz Help

If it was "automatically solved" time ago I suggest you open phone, check it's hardware (f.e. reball cpu) and then try to flash phone again.
In case of any problems after reball you can try to replace flash chip.
