Sam f679 phone locked

I have sam f679 it shows phone locked contact service centre
i tried with both f 679usb and sam hero cable but it does not connect ,i have made a search also but did not get the answer so plz reply with detailed solution step by step .

Or HWK Box With Direct COM + Samsung D500 RJ45 Cable.

Or Purchase Cable

Thanxxx a Lot... I have one handset F679 and connected successfully, As You mentioned, After SP Unlock, need to Rebuild EFS/NV. Now phone working very well today...
