Format again with FMT Mode set to 0
And after format switch on phone and wait few minutes.

Strange. SW explain how solve this.
Update to latest and repeat again.

Or just SET FORMAT to 0!

i think it's hard to read this, or may be you are using old version-, so not popup show did massage you
