Your phone conditon?.
first make backup then write this file with sptool.
this file is readed by cm2 from ok phone.

getting error with sp tool s d load is over lap....

i have backup of that phone and phone is in working condition just again and again error is coming touchwiz has stoped or google has stoped many time use smart av key and restore but no use with that thing.

Don't format or flash it with SPTOOL (you will got dead set)

Post Read Factory Firmware Logs...

Need exact preloader name(for find correct flash file)
